In one of my previous contracts, I was hired on $36. Client paid me $24 for the work that I completed and $12 were in escrow. After that client didn't give me any more work and he remained inactive after that. Few days ago, I got an email from Upwork that $12 in escrow will be refunded automatically if client remained inactive. But today, the contract is automatically ended without any feedback from the client as he is inactive. This will degrade my profile too much and client is not responding to my messages on Upwork and Skype too. Is there any solution to this? Thanks
