Contract ended without a pay within 8 hrs. What will be the affect on JSS?

Hi,

My client is new to Upwork. We were going for a fixed-price first and later on an hourly contract.

He sends me the offer for an hourly contract and I accepted it. I reminded him that we agreed on fixed-price first. He said he was unable to send a fixed-price offer as he is new on Upwork. I told him that it's ok for now. After some time he ended the contract and send me a new offer with a fixed price.
