Hi everyone,
I just encounter a problem. My client was trying to add a new milestone but there were some errors in milestone activation. So he decided to make a new contract. He requested me to propose a contract and I did.
Now, I received a new milestone notification and a new contract offer from my client at the same time. Although, the project is the same, and the amount is funded in both escrow. Now how we can resolve this issue?
Should I decline the new contract offer or asked my client to continue with the previous contract. Please review the attached SS from more clarifications.

Either ending the old contract or declining the new one will have the same effect: The excess (doubled up) money goes back to the client.
Do whatever suits you and the client best.
