I am trying to delete my specialised profile. I press delte, and then it shows up the window saying"Are you sure etc etc". I press "Confirm delete" but nothing happens. So I am not able to delete either my specialised profile or any messages in inbox. I have done it before, but now its not working. There is some error in the website
Could you please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if you`re able to delete your specialized profile? Let us know if the issue persists.
You can use the option to hide a message room. Hover your mouse over the name of the room you'd like to remove from the panel > click on the three dots icon (...) and click Hide.
Hi Noureldin, as a part of our efforts to improve specialized profiles feature, we were testing an option to submit a specialized profile instead of general profile on some jobs. Since it's a test, the option may not be available on all jobs. If we roll the option out to everybody, we'll make sure to notify our Community.
