Hi,

I recently transferred my Upwork earnings to my own bank account and got a confirmation the same day that it was processed successfully. The next day, I was told by my bank that my account is closed.

My question is, if that is the case, how long does it take until my money goes back to my Upwork account?

Any help will be appreciated!

It may take up to 4 business days for the payment to reach your bank account. Bank holidays in the U.S. or your country can delay your funds. You can refer to this Help article for more information. I see.. but the thing is, my bank account is already inactive. So it should go back to my upwork account right since my bank account is not active anymore?

It will go back to your Upwork account automatically, which takes one to two weeks.
