I've sent a custom contract to a client.
The client tells me that he clicked on the button "approve and fund" several times, but nothing happens. (He is a new client to Upwork, so he might be skipping a step)
And I see this contract as "pending" in the Jobs sections (this is my first time sending a custom contract).
What we should do?
