Declined payment transfers

Hi Upwork Team,

 

I have been trying to withdraw funds from my account but to no success.

 

I have deleted my bank account and reentered my details that are correct.

 

Every time I try to transfer it's costing me money, and the funds don't end up getting transfered.

 

I have lost money with this issue.

 

Who can I contact to help me out here?
