Hello!
I requested a Local Bank Withdrawal on 17th December 2021. A few minutes later I received an email from Upwork stating that the payment has been processed. The expected date of delivery mentioned in the email was "20-Dec-2021 - 22-Dec-2021". However, 8 business days later, the withdrawal amount has not reflected in my local bank account.
I double-checked the Bank Holidays in the US and in my country. It has been 8 business days.
Do I need to create a support ticket to get an update regarding this?

I would like to confirm that today is your 6th business day. Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days. Thank you.

Thanks for the confirmation.
I was referring to this article for the list of Bank Holidays in the US. It mentions only 1 day holiday in December (on December 25th, which is on a weekend).
