Desktop App

Hi,
Only the messages are not opening on my desktop app. When I click the messages icon it's start loading even after an hour it keeps loading.
Rest of everything doing well.
How do I fix this?

Could you please check if you have the updated version of the App? Can you please try checking via browser if the same issue persists? You may want to check this help article for steps.

Hi Marie,


Yes, I have the latest version of the app and my browser is working well. I can send messages via browser. There are no issues with the browser messages. 
This problem I am facing from tomorrow. I restarted my system. But still have the same.
