Didn't receive the payment

I am having a problem with payment, I wanted to withdraw my money to my bank account last Wednesday but It has been 5 days I didn't receive yet, What is the problem and how to fix it?

Upwork can trace a missing LFT payment for you at no charge. However, you must wait 8 full business days to initiate the trace.
