Didn't received Top Rated badge yet

I checked the requirement to get the Top Rated badge and found that I have completed all these requirements but still not received the badge yet, is anything wrong with my profile? Please guide.

• A current Job Success Score of 90% or higher (done)
• First hire on Upwork was more than 90 days ago (done)
• Maintained Rising Talent status or a Job Success Score of at least 90% for at least 13 of the last 16 weeks (done)
• A 100% complete profile  (90% for those who brought their profiles over from Elance) (done)
• 12-month earnings of at least $1,000 (done)
• Up-to-date availability (if unavailable now, set a date estimate) (done)
• An account in good standing with no recent account holds (done)
• Activity on the platform (proposal, accepted invitation, or earnings) in the past 90 days (done)

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please note that 12-month earnings reflect your earnings before Upwork fees, including bonuses and refunds. It does not include transactions that are “pending” or “in review” and transactions from agency contracts. Your 12-month earnings need to be at least $1,000 to qualify for Top Rated. For more information please check this help article.
