A year ago there was some confusion about payment from a client and a dispute was made in an attempt to correct it. Everything was resolved but the dispute still appears on the client's profile.
I am not sure how to correct this, can anyone help?

Hi Alan,
Could you please share the Contract ID for the job related to the dispute case you're referring to? You can get the ID by going to All Contracts> Select the contract in question> Details tab here.

The client wrote to me and said it still shows up on his end as a dispute. Do I need to get more information from him?
