Do the "talent specialists" actually read the proposals?

I can't believe I just got an email from "Upwork Talent Specialist" **Edited for Community Guidelines**, inviting me to quote on a job, the job is to override the privacy and security measures on a AAA game!

If there is ever a job proposal that breaches moral and ethical guidelines, this is it, yet, not only do Upwork let it through, they actually promote it! I'm flabbergasted!

This, combined with the constant flood of scam and unethical job posts, suggests to me that Upwork really need to start paying more attention, perhaps if they were to spend as much effort scrutinizing clients as they do freelancers, the site would be a better place overall?
