Does Client get notification when a freelancer saves his job without applying?

Yesterday I saved a job without applying. few hours later she invited me. I didn't applied to this job. I am confused now if she get any notification then she was interested to invite me or its just a coincidence?

I think it would be kind of cool if they could see who saved the job. I save jobs from time to time and then never apply because I get distracted, or mostly because I think my rate is too high for them, but it would be nice if they could make that decision. Then again, I guess people would just take advantage of that and sign up for every job.

Maybe there could be something like using boosts/connects to get seen without applying since the invitation algorithm leaves me out in the cold some of the time.
