Earning Upwork Badges

Ok, so don't bite my head off if I am just being blind, but can anybody tell me where to find out how to earn each badge? For instance, the Up Lift badge is awarded for giving 1 upvote, but I don't know what an upvote is. There must be an easier way tofind out how to acheive these badges without having to search upwork flat for each term. All hel welcome and appreciated!

I'm not sure if a separate list of badges exist, but you can see the list of available badges and the ones you have earned here.

(By the way, I'm sure you know these Community Badges are worthless and provide no value anywhere on the platform.)
