Hello Upwork team. I hope somebody can help me. A job has "preferred qualifications"...English level should be Fluent. How can I upgrade my profile? Is there a test that I need to take to get the fluency rate? Thank you.

You need to select your level of English proficiency once you complete your profile, If you’re fluent, you can select that. (:

You can edit your language proficiency by going to your profile and clicking on the pencil icon here.
