No. It's either both or neither EXCEPT when nothing was paid, then it's only private feedback.

That's interesting because it would suggest that I only have one review for the most lucrative job I've had so far from a repeated customer. 

Could he have given me a bad review? Does it matter that it was a repeated client? Also, my stats still put me at 88 JSS, but there is a public drop to 83. I had hoped for an improvement. 

Any suggestions for strategies to improve the score?
