Fees complaint.

I crossed the fee threshold of 500 in my last payment but I was charged 20% on the entire weekly payment. Please advise on how I will recover the excess fee charged.

Did you pass this on one client or is it across multiple clients? The fee only drops per client. So for each client you have to reach $500, and it will drop for each individual client when you reach $500 with them.

Then you didn't cross. It's per client, not overall. Each client has to cross $500. Looking at your account it does not show either client over $500.

The $500 threshold is per client. Not "total for freelancer."

The reduction from 20% to 10% happens automatically. You don't to do anything to make it happen.
