I was encountered with error "

" when I am trying to download the attachment.

However, I couldnt find a way to contact customer services of upwork team.

I saw the job posting and the problem file.

If you can't directly download it.... just like I couldn't directly download it... then no other prospective freelancers can directly download it either.

I don't think you are at a competitive disadvantage here. I think you could probably submit a proposal based on the job description and the four downloadable image files.

I guarantee you that I would not personally spend any time trying to work with Upwork Customer Support to try to access a non-accessible attached file in a job posting.
