Filters are supoposed to return irrlevant jobs

After sending in numerous screenshots, with a variety of filters, showing that irrelevant jobs are returned, I'm told everything is working the way it should. No, it is not! When I put in exclude words, since I am not allowed to use a Boolean anymore, it returns posts with the excluded jobs. When I use the include words, it, again, returns irrelevant jobs. Along with the limit of 200 characters, it is impossible to weed out the scams. According to Upwork, everything is just as it should be.

The alleged Boolean they are using is garbage. The results return irrelevant and screened out jobs. I have been using filters for 20 years, and I know what I am doing. My only question is why? So more people apply for scam jobs?
