I saw that my account has limited financial transactions but every time I try to click on the link for customer support it redirects me to the job search page. I have tried both the link that it shows me in the message on the top of the website as well as the one in the footer. Is there any other I can contact customer support?

My financial transactions have been limited. I have already written here before and I have been contacted by a member of customer support who said the issue would be resolved for me. It has been a few months since then and unfortunately it has not yet been resolved.
