Forget Email address and username

Hi,

One of my client forgot email address and she want to give me review but she can't login at upwork.

Upwork is not going to provide you with login credentials or other details for somebody else's account.

If you know a person who is having trouble logging in, then you would need to tell that person that they may contact Upwork, or they may come to the Community Forum to ask for help personally.

What should you do?
Other than relaying that message to the client, you should do nothing.

The truth of the matter is that whether or not the client leaves feedback, it isn't going to make much difference for you. And you really don't want to be involved with other people's accounts. It will be better for you if you don't pursue this.

Hi Muhammad,

We won't be able to share with you the email that is associated with the client's account. We'll have one of our agents reach out to your client directly to assist them with accessing their account.
