I read that I will receive 10 free connects for creating an account and my current balance is 0 connects. I need help.

Where is my free 50 connects? How can I start my VA journey if I can't even pass an application to the employer with the 10 initial connects that I got?

Franklin, as Pradeep mentioned above, you've already received your free batch of 50 Connects and should be able to submit proposals. You should see them by visiting your Connects History page.

I created my account yesterday and am yet to recieve my 50 connects. When will i get it ? How to check if my application is approved or not?
