Freelancer Plus Downgraded to Basic

Hello Everyone,

I upgraded to Freelancer Plus on 25 October 2023. on 27 Oct 2023, my account got suspended for identity verification.

and after submitting the ID verification data on the 28th Oct I got my Account Unsuspend back on the 29th Oct.

The great news is I got my blue tik of ID-verified.

But the bad news is my subscription was downgraded to basic. where I have already paid the amount. I just enjoyed it for only 2 days while I paid for one month. 

can anyone tell me what should i do?

1. Do I have to purchase it again?

2. or they will refund me?
