Freelancer Rating

My freelancer rating has been 97% for the last 5 months. However, I have not been awarded the Top Rated freelancers rating. What is happening?

Hi David,

Currently, you have 12 of 16 Top Rated Eligible Weeks. In order to receive the Top Rated badge, you will need to maintain a Job Success Score of at least 90% for at least 13 of the last 16 weeks. To learn more about this program check out this Help Article. Thank you.
