Funds Withdrawl

I got an email an hour or so ago that I had made a request to transfer the funds in my Upwork account direct to my local bank. As I didn't authorize this withdrawal, I contacted support immediately to have the request cancelled. So far, all I've gotten is an email saying my request has been received. I'm doing a full security check and changing my passwords and all. Is there anything else I can do? What are the chances of getting my funds back?
