Getting paid

My client said they have paid a week ago, but I don't see anything on my thing. Is it normal?

You showed us a screenshot in which no money appears in your Upwork -> Reports -> Overview page.

If you worked last week, you should see money there.

This does NOT look normal.

When you go here:

Upwork -> My Jobs -> My Jobs

...do you see the contract listed?

Is this an hourly or fixed-price contract?

If you don't see the contract in the "My Jobs" list, and you have not already closed the contract... it means that you never had a contract with the client.

This means that it is impossible for the client to pay you.
