This is a problem a friend of mine is facing.He verified the identity for the first time.But the verification of identity does not match his profile picture.He added a correct profile picture again.After that, visual verification had to be done again.He had done it for the first time through selfie verification .But this time he has to verify through video chat There he has to speak English, but he cannot speak English.Because of this, he is unable to verify his identity and is embarrassed.He wants to do visual verification by selfie camera verification .Now how he does it. He is now given to verify through video chat .He needs help

Please note that you will not be able to initiate the identity verification yourself and it cannot be requested. She has talked to a chatbot and after every reply, it is sending the same generated replies. Even after receiving numerous replies, she is unable to get support from the team.

I have shared these steps with my collegue but as per her bot is taking her to recursive same set of questions because of that she was unable to contact support and duplicate ticket got created yesterday but no response as of now.
Is it possible for you to raise request for support to contact her based on ticket id shared above? She is in need of work as she got lay off in Mass fire. Please assist her in any possible way you can.

a ticket that is almost been a month but there is no respond yet, this ticket is my friends request upon she got hack by someone. although she is happy that her account is being locked down,
she is waiting for an update to reclaim the account for almost a month now.

Please we need urgent action for this, she had active contracts inside her account. and she could provide every documentation needed.
I am making this discussion for the sake of my friends account as I am worried not only because the hacking has been done but also upworks long time to take action about it.

ALTHOUGH this what happened to the account

he just refunded all of the money including the money my friend earned from other clients,
But she is still happy getting the account back, its just that if you guys can do something from that it would be perfect.
A CLIENT SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND MORE THAN THE WORKERS OVERALL MONEY EARNED FROM A CLIENT.
She earned $450 dollars then she got hacked then she lost more than $800
anyways hope upwork will fix this, as i dont want to experience this thing
