Help with verification process.

Hello,
I'm trying to verify my account. But as I'm trying to video chat, it always stop at the box chat tell me to hold while it connect to Upwork team members and no one show up. I also tried Firefox as in one of the previous answer but the result is the same. I'm having a contract with a client and only have few days before account being shut down for not verifying though I tried everything to do so. Please fix this as soon as possible. Thank you.
