A long-term client will get you to Top rated Plus; I've only had 3 projects on Upwork, but am very fortunate to be working with the same one for 3-years. I'm not sure, but I don't think it's possible to reach top rated plus unless you have at least one long term client, correct me if I'm wrong anyone.
