Hi, my payment got transferred to the wrong PayPal account.

This account does not allow me to "Accept the money" for some reason. Is it possible to dispute the transfer from the Upwork platform, so the funds get transferred back? Thanks

Hi, haven't saw such senario in my freelancing career. But still contact to the upwork customer support. And tell them all the scenario also if possible to share the screenshot of paypal that you can accept any money. So share with them those screenshot. May be they could find out a way for getting back the amount to your upwork account.
