Hourly/Work Diary Not Found

I'm having a problem with a new contract. I'm getting the following error message...

Work Diary not found. Are you sure you've selected the right company? Please check the company label in the upper left.

By default, freelancers do not have access to their team members' Work Diaries. Please speak to your client if you need access.

No, I am trying to access it through the contract dashboard. I messaged the client today I'm not sure if she needs to give me access.
