How do I start a dispute? Can't find anywhere to contact customer services!!

Hi I made and sent some sound recordings for my first Upwork job in September, but once I had sent the files the client went silent and has not responded to messages or sent payment for the work. Please help!!!

You used Upwork incorrectly.

When I do work, and the client stops responding, then I get paid automatically.

You do NOT need to file a dispute.

What you need to do is learn how to use the tool. You need to learn which buttons to click so that you get paid.
