There are 17 millions of freelancers on upwork, most of them never get any jobs, there is too much competition for too few jobs for everybody to be successful.
If you are serious about being successful, you need to present better. Your profile is very impersonal. Have you read up on all the helpful tips for newbies?

I think you should focus more on one or two skills. You offer lesson plans, PowerPoint, proofreading, business cards, etc. You need to narrow it down. I think you should pick the two that would be most in demand for your main profile. You can have other specialist profiles too for other skills. Also, your rate is too high. There's a lot of competition in your field.

It looks better to me now, but it's not the same field as mine. You might get a better assessment of it if you go this thread dedicated to getting feedback on new profiles. Someone who does the same kind of work as you might give better advice on it.

I have hired over 140 freelancers on Upwork.
When I hire newbies, one of the first things I look at is their skills list.
If they have a wide variety of unrelated skills, I don’t hire them.
If I want to hire a person to create a PowerPoint file, I want a PowerPoint expert.
I don’t want to hire a food photographer/Greek language translator/Python programmer/interior designer/oil painter who claims to also know PowerPoint.
