How to I can be reviewed as candidate to Top Rated?

I beleive I had reached all requirements long time ago.

As I remember I have been asked for something like Top-rated status some time ago, but just ignored a question due to high load. Can I re-initiate this process?

Upwork agencies are designed for teams of freelancers to work together on the platform, therefore the stats required for agency Top Rated status are also designed for a team of freelancers. Once you become eligible for the Top Rated badge it will be awarded on your profile within 48 hours.

I see my agency doesn't meet some requirements for Top Rated status.

Just wondering, if I close my agency, can I be reviewed for Top Rated status as freelancer?

If you are planning to continue working on Upwork individually, you may close your agency. To get the Top Rated badge as a freelancer, you'll need to fulfill all of the requirements mentioned in this help article. Once the requirements are met, you'll be invited into the program automatically and receive the badge within 48 hours.
