How to avoid fake job?

I've bided on several projects. 

There are no interviews with most of the projects.

And someone sends me to skype ID.

He sends me an offer and then I've worked 5 hours with a 40$ rate and then I said to his faults in his project. 

By the way, he canceled the job suddenly. 

I guess he is not a german. he refuses a call and made tons of mistakes in typing. 

I can't believe he is a real Greman.

And then, the Same job appears continuously. 

They needed Apple Enterprise Certification with 200$. 

But their country are changing continuously.
