How to deal with clients sending external test platforms?

Hello,

During the interview phase, I had multiple clients sending me assessement links to other platforms requiring to explicitly insert the email for the tool to record my answers.

I've declined this so far for the contact information reason. They never come back.

But today I had another one, and I feel like there must be a better way to decline or a better solution because they seem to need to know my score and I can't ask for a contract just to be assessed, you know I can't risk getting a bad review because I didn't perform well !

How do you handle this ?
What should I say ?
