How to delete old account which is suspended. Over 2 weeks with this problem.

Hello, I created an account before which is suspended and I can't delete it. So, I create a new one (This account). But I stuck with the old one. I can't Delete it at all. I can't even post in the community from this old account. Now I have a suspension on this new account. and to solve this suspension I need to delete the old one. Which I can't do as old one as you see in the screenshot can't even post in the community!!

What should I do now?!!

I have some projects open here in this account and I have this account 100% complete the only problem is my old one (duplicate account).

You are not permitted to start over with a new account. (If you could, what would be the point in suspending FLs who break rules?)
