I am a freelancer who has been asked by a client to extract Bitcoin wallet data for 46 million addresses for the last 6 months. The client was interested in both the addresses and the transaction data.
I am looking for advice on how to estimate the cost and time duration of this project. I am also interested in learning how to best communicate with the client about my expectations.
