You're going to need a JSS of 90% at least and right now you have 58%.

With your shockingly bad Job Success Score you are literally miles (and months) away from top rated stated. Your chance of getting "top rated" on your prodile any time soon is 0%

Can anyone please suggest if I am eligible for the rising talent or top-rated badges as I have been working for one of my clients and delivering high-quality work and received 5-star-rated feedback?
I am also nearing my 10k earnings in less than 12 months. I am doing my best to improve my profile and client experience, but how will I get the badge despite less JSS?

You will not get it with a JSS under 90%.
