How to sell an article

I have recently written a 3000 word article on a health topic and want to sell it on Upwork. How do i sell it? I have made my project catalogue dash board but my article is not showing on my profile for sale?

Upwork doesn't work like that -- we do the work that clients want done rather than selling work 'off the peg'. I'd also suggest taking your article down if you do want to sell it, or you can keep it as a portfolio piece.
