How we can get ratings from the clients who approves your work but didn't gave you ratings

A client asked me to write a story as I'm new, I don't know, but I ended the contract and gave her ratings but she didn't give me ratings in return, My id is new and rating is very important for me

Unfortunately, we aren't able to directly ask for client feedback. However, the client does have a time frame where they can still provide feedback. I included a link with more details from Upwork on this issue.

As I was in the same situation, unfortunately, you can't get ratings from the platform unless your previous client gives you his/her rating on your work.

Congrats on your successful job!

After the contract ends, Upwork will automatically ask you and the client to leave a review. If clients don't do that, they might be busy or forget. You can send them a reminder message in the chat room.

Additionally, if you want to get feedback from a client that you've been working with for a while (+30 days) without having to end the contract, go to My Jobs -> Select contract -> Details -> Request Feedback.
