I NEED HELP PLEASE

Since the maintenance yesterday (MNL time) my Upwork tracker is going crazy. I was able to log in during the time of my shift and was able to track 6 hours of work (offline due to maintenance). When I got back from lunch (the timer was off) I was able to on the timer again and the app suddenly crashed. 

When I relaunched it, it only shows the messages tab. Now, my hours of work are not showing in my work diary. Tried contacting support but no help, tried searching for answers here but still not working as of this moment. I have my shift and can't log in as the timer is not showing up. Please help.
