I accidentally put the card number instead of the acc number on my last pay

Hi, I accidentally put my card number instead of my account number in the bank information and I only noticed it when I didn’t receive my last pay ‘cause I tried this method just this once ‘cause I thought it’s gonna cost me less, but ended up not receiving it because of the wrong information. Will I ever get my last pay back? What should I do?
