Hi! I have some troubles with a client.
I made all the job done and send files to a client, my payment was "in review" section and everything was going well.
There was 2 milestones, and I succesfully done 1st milestone, the work went well and a client was happy with the results.
Than I finished the 2nd milestone and send all the files to the client, everything was going well.
But the client stopped answering. I got tired of waiting for my money and finished the project on my own.
(It was a mistake and money "in review" for the 2nd milestone are back to the client, I didn't know that rules)
I contact with a client and explain him this situation.

Hi Anton, I search and found the following. Upwork has no such functionality - to reopen project.
There is no button for re-opening a contract. we can create a new contract if suitable for you.

Please tell me how I can get my money back for the work done?
Maybe open a new contract or start a dispute?

No other ways. He able to pay you in that way but not must anymore. So lets hope. Good luck!

Client can use "add bonus" option, it works for closed contract.
Or create new one.
