How could you possibly be top rated when you have not been rated yet and never had a contract? I also don't see a Rising Talent Badge on your profile.

For top rated you'd need a Job Success Score of at least 90% and at least $1000 in earnings during the last 12 months and your profile would need to be 100% complete, none of which applies to you.
