I am trying to get my first withdrawal but it's being rejected.

Hello,

I am trying to get my first withdrawal to my local bank. My bank information is entered and approved. The failure message tells me;

"The reason for returned funds is invalid data in the following fields: id_number."

If this is my national ID number I rechecked it. May I get help to fix this?
