I cannot land any projects through my platform, is something wrong with my profile?

Hi!

I am an interpreter and a translator, constantly looking through Upwork for additional projects. As a fellow freelancer, can you give me some feedback on my profile? Should I add more information or change something? I don’t understand why I am having such difficulty landing ANY type of projects.
Should I have my previous physical clients write recommendations and upload them?
