I didn't receive bonus in my panel, which is paid by client.

Today, a client sent me a bonus amount but after ending the contract i didn't receive the payment yet in my panel. 
Please resolve the issue, or share the process.

Thank you for reaching out. I can see that the bonus has been released today. Please know that there is a five-day security period before it becomes available for withdrawal. You can go to this page and see that the bonus is currently on pending status.
