I forgot my security answer but not getting email with link to reset my security question

I forgot my security answer and have been trying to get link to reset my security question but i am not getting email on my mentioned email

I have checked notification settings and have enabled all emails but still not getting reset security question email

Although i received *Zendesk Upwork Help Center: Action required within 7 days: Verify your identity* email
